We are an independent media lab: We develop, operate, and maintain exclusively our own web platforms – covering everything from data management and editorial content to the frontend. No client commissions, no agency work, no external roadmaps.
This defines our standards: technically sound architecture, robust editorial content, and accessibility in over 90 languages. Each portal is a standalone product with a clearly defined focus – and all of them run on the same platform, developed entirely in-house.

How we work
All our portals are powered by a proprietary content management system that we have been continuously developing for years: it is multilingual by design, built to handle large volumes of data, and optimized to integrate open geospatial data with editorial content.
We bring design, editorial, and technology together under one roof. This ensures short communication lines: a content-related idea can become a functional feature on the very same day—without lengthy approval chains or compromises forced by external requirements.
Our stance
We stand for enjoyment without cruelty. Our editorial perspective is rooted in a plant-based philosophy, and we advocate for a food culture free from animal suffering. At the same time, our portals showcase the full spectrum of the culinary and food artisan sectors—because guidance should be available to everyone, regardless of the choices they make.
A scientific approach to content
In addition to our industry-specific portals, we publish articles at the intersection of natural science, technology, and culture. We view research not as a finished result, but as an open dialogue between data, interpretation, and application.
