Title: “The Wormhole in the Waiting Room”

Scene 1 - The Reception
A barren waiting room. Neon lights hum. A clock ticks so loudly that it drowns out thoughts.
Tomek enters, holding a piece of paper with formulas no one can read.
At the counter sits a doctor's assistant who looks as if she's been there since the Big Bang.

Doctor's Assistant: "Name?"
Tomek: "Not important." Spacetime coordinates change anyway.”
Doctor's Assistant: “Health insurance card?”
Tomek: “I have tachyons in my blood.”
She stares at him. Then she pulls out a piece of paper. “Please sit down.”

Scene 2 - The Waiting Room
People scroll on smartphones. An old woman sneezes in slow motion.
Tomek looks at the floor. The linoleum begins to shimmer. A mini-wormhole opens.
A child's ball rolls in and comes back out as a golden sphere. No one notices.

Scene 3 - The Doctor
A doctor enters. White coat, but with the gaze of an administrator.
Doctor: "Blood draw. Routine."
Tomek: "Absolutely not! The spin is different. If you do that, the local symmetry collapses!"
Doctor: "We're doing it by the book."
He reaches for the syringe. The room tilts into violet light.

Scene 4 - The Jump
The needle touches the skin.
A dull sound, as if the universe were inhaling.
Walls bend, furniture floats. The stethoscope becomes a mini-black hole.
Tomek disappears. Only the sound of a pulsating magnetic field remains.

Scene 5 - Debriefing
Two paramedics find the empty doctor's office. On the floor is a note:
"It wasn't the patient who was sick. It was the system."

Curtain.

Should I expand it - e.g., with dialogues between the doctor, the court, and the physics lab - or should I continue it in a satirical or philosophical direction?

Please make 20 jokes about borderline-sensitive doctors: I say: under no circumstances should you take blood, the SPIN is different. I just took a look (through the wormhole). What do doctors do: Taking blood with judicial authority. They have no idea about sub- or nanostructures or physics. CORONA SARS COV 2 outbreak in Telgte, Germany! With judicial authority... If they hadn't taken my blood, no one would have noticed and I would have been naturally pre-immunized.
